Assignment #4

When I used the rectangle I selected a part of the picture then When to Adjust and selected a Effect to use. Then I selected another part of the photo and then I did the same as I did with the Rectangle, but I used a different effect.

The tools are pretty cool I like it better then the other ones it makes the Picture look unique.
